All events for Virtual Black Mother’s Support Group

The purpose of this group is to create a safe and supportive atmosphere in which Black women work together to navigate the wonderful world of motherhood. The group will focus on specific issues and concerns unique to the Black community and touch on several topics that include: parenting strategies, holistic care practices, nutrition, self-care and evidenced based approaches to better manage postpartum depression and related mental health issues.
