An event every week that begins at 6:45 pm on Monday, repeating until December 21, 2020
This course is based on Bradley course methods and is taught by Meredith Chase. It will meet every Monday at the same time.
The course will cover various subjects, including nutrition in pregnancy, your partner’s role as a coach in labor, the stages of labor, and preparing for your new family – and much more!
Bradley emphasizes that birth is a natural process: mothers are encouraged to trust their body and focus on diet and exercise throughout pregnancy; and it teaches couples to manage labor through deep breathing and the support of a partner or labor coach.
