Virtual 1 Day Childbirth Education Class

Join us for a one-day childbirth preparation class. We use current evidence-based information to discuss:
- Physiology and Anatomy of Pregnancy and Birth
- Hormones of Labor
- Medical Interventions
- Stages of Labor
- Hands on Comfort Techniques
- Early Postpartum
Group classes are designed to be interactive with an opportunity for parents to build a community.
Our goal is to empower families with knowledge in order to reduce the fear around childbirth, and prepare partners with hands on skills that help ease the discomfort of labor. We want families to walk away feeling confident in making individualized decisions for their labor, birth and early postpartum.
This class is taught by Julia Underwood and Reina Chavez. It is $250 per couple.
