This FREE Postpartum Support Groups will offer education, support, and parenting tools to new moms in our community. By participating in this biweekly postpartum support group you can expect to build connections with other new moms while discussing various topics related to the new mom experience, such as sleep, nursing/feeding, family relationships, and self-care.
You can come alone or with your babies in arms. The group will be facilitated by Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rachel Benson.
