This is a unique and innovative approach that is empowering and transforming in nature. Birthing a baby incorporates the integration of the mind, body, and spirit. The classes offer an emotional and academic preparation for birth. The practice of Human Values increases confidence and decreases fear. During the class you will acquire crucial information about Pelvic Bodywork. You will learn how to position your body to make it easier for your baby to pass through your pelvis to be born.

About the teacher:
BirthWorks classes are taught by Janell Bartzatt. Janell Bartzatt is a birth & bereavement doula, childbirth educator and a birth assistant at Beach Cities. It is Janell’s belief that the ability to give birth is coded within each woman and she looks forward to complimenting you and your partner in your journey into parenthood.
