BirthWorks classes help you to have more trust and faith in your own ability to give birth. This is a unique and innovative approach that is empowering and transforming in nature. Birthing a baby incorporates the integration of the mind, body, and spirit. The classes offer an emotional and academic preparation for birth. The practice of Human Values increases confidence and decreases fear. During the class you will acquire crucial information about Pelvic Bodywork. You will learn how to position your body to make it easier for your baby to pass through your pelvis to be born.
