MSN, CNM, WHNP
Nina came to this work by a long and winding path, but always knowing that this was her calling. Nina’s first experience with birth was watching lambs being born on her small family farm. She went on to become a Postpartum Doula, helping women with newborn care, self-care and cooking nutritious meals. She later chose to pursue a BSN in Nursing and become an RN with the goal of eventually becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Nina worked as a Labor and Delivery RN for almost five years on a unit with many high-risk patients. Along the way she had three children of her own, who were all born at home with midwives. Birth and Women’s Health is a life-long passion.
