Bradley Course – Corona (11/10/19 – 12/01/19)

This 4 week course emphasizes that birth is a natural process: mothers are encouraged to trust their body and focus on diet and exercise throughout pregnancy to keep them low risk. It teaches couples to manage labor through relaxation, deep breathing and the support of a partner or labor coach. Bradley Method® classes teach families how to have natural births, by being their our doulas. The techniques are simple, effective, and based on information about how the human body works during labor.

This class is taught by Laurie Steinbarge. Her classes teach you how to work with your body, not against it, and helps your partner to know how to support your laboring needs; that way, you can work together to get that precious bundle of joy out quicker and with less pain!!!

Class costs $200 per couple, includes all course materials.
