DESCRIPTION:This FREE (and now VIRTUAL) Postpartum Support Group will offer education\, support\, and parenting tools to new moms in our community.  By participating in this weekly postpartum support group you can expect to build connections with other new moms while discussing various topics related to the new mom experience\, such as sleep\, nursing/feeding\, family relationships\, and self-care.\n\nThe groups will be facilitated by Licensed Clinical Social Worker\, Rachel Benson.\n\nWe will send a link to all our new moms\, but please email us at beachcitiesmidwifery@gmail.com if you have not received one.\n\nWe are excited to support you on your parenting journey!
