DESCRIPTION:This 4 week course emphasizes that birth is a natural process: mothers are encouraged to trust their body and focus on diet and exercise throughout pregnancy to keep them low risk. It teaches couples to manage labor through relaxation\, deep breathing and the support of a partner or labor coach. Bradley Method® classes teach families how to have natural births\, by being their our doulas. The techniques are simple\, effective\, and based on information about how the human body works during labor. \nThis class is taught by Laurie Steinbarge.
